Decisions given in one EU State shall be recognised throughout the EU without any special procedure being required.\u00a0 Decisions enforceable in the EU State where they have been given shall be enforceable in another State where, on the application of an interested party, they have been declared enforceable there by the local court or competent authority.<\/p>\n
Authentic instruments established in an EU State have the same evidentiary effect in another State as in the state where they have been established or the most comparable effects provided that this is not manifestly contrary to public policy in the EU State concerned.<\/p>\n
