Easements may be created or extinguished as necessary in connection with the exercise of forestry policies.\u00a0 Provisions for assessment of compensation apply in respect of the acquisition of land or easement.<\/p>\n
Temporary rights of way can be required for the transportation of timber.\u00a0 They may be exercisable for upwards of 12 months. \u00a0Compensation is payable after the grant of temporary right of way. \u00a0Lands must be cleared of any materials deposited before being redelivered to the owner.<\/p>\n
