The exchange and storage of information ensures the integrity and the confidentiality of data. The contracting authority examines the projects only after the time limit set for submitting them has expired.<\/p>\n
The assessment criteria are clear and non-discriminatory, ensuring genuine competition. The jury shall be composed exclusively of independent natural persons. Where a professional qualification is required of participants in a contest, at least a third of the jury members shall have this qualification. The jury is autonomous in its decisions and examines the plans on the basis of the selection criteria. Anonymity must be observed until the jury has reached its final decision.<\/p>\n\n
